TT119是一种高效低成本用于Buck的离线恒压稳压器

和500V的Buck-Boost拓扑集成了MOSFET。

TT119可以输出5V默认电压很少的外部组件

降低系统成本。轻载状态，TT119以绿色运行

模式，其中电感器峰值电流并且开关频率低于

满负荷以改善系统效率和参考电压为降低以确保良好的负载调节。

TT119具有多重保护功能大大提高了安全性和系统的可靠性，包括VDD欠压锁定（UVLO），短路

电路保护（SCP），逐脉冲电流限制，过载保护（OLP）和过热保护（OTP）。

The TT119 is a high efficiency low cost

off-line constant voltage regulator for Buck

and Buck- Boost topology with 500V

MOSFET integrated.

TT119 can output 5V default voltage with

few external components, whichdecreases the system cost. In light load

condition, TT119 operates in green mode, in which the inductor peak current

and the switching frequency is lower than that of full load to improve the system

efficiency and the reference voltage is

decreased to ensure good load regulation.

TT119 has multi-protection functions which largely enhance the safety

and reliability of the system, including VDD under-voltage Lockout (UVLO), short

circuit protection (SCP), pulse-by- pulse current limit, over load protection (OLP)

and over-temperature protection (OTP).
